There is a press type liquid suction mechanism in the hand sanitizer bottle, which is mainly composed of a liquid guide pipe, a liquid inlet valve, a spring, an exhaust valve, a piston, a liquid outlet pipe, a liquid storage cylinder, etc.
Its working principle is the same as that of piston pump. The movement of the piston is used to discharge the air in the liquid storage cylinder, causing the difference between the internal and external air pressure, so that the liquid rises under the action of air pressure and is discharged from the liquid outlet pipe. When the liquid pipe is pressed down by hand, the spring is compressed to make the liquid inlet valve (round plastic ball) close downward. At the same time, as the piston moves downward, the exhaust valve is opened, and the liquid in the liquid reservoir flows out of the pipe from the liquid outlet pipe; When it is loosened, the spring will return to its original natural state, making the piston move upward, the exhaust valve will be closed, and the liquid inlet valve will be opened. Under the action of external atmospheric pressure, the liquid will enter the liquid reservoir through the liquid inlet valve from the liquid guide pipe. In this way, the piston moves up and down in the cylinder, constantly sucking the liquid out of the bottle.
