The emulsion pump head sealing gasket processing organization includes a sealing gasket pre-compression organization and a sealing gasket clamping organization connected to the pre-compression organization. The pre-compression organization includes a pre-compression rotating device driven by a power device to push the sealing gasket into the part. The clamping organization includes a clamping rotating device driven by a power device to press the sealing gasket onto the part.

 

The clamping rotating device includes a clamping rotating disk for rotating and transporting the part, and also includes a sealing gasket pressure rod disposed above the clamping rotating disk and movable downwards to press the sealing gasket into the part, and a pressure rod device disk for assembling the sealing gasket pressure rod. A spring member is sleeved on the sealing gasket pressure rod to reset it. A downward pressing protrusion is provided above the clamping rotating device to push the sealing gasket pressure rod downwards.

 

The pre-compression rotary device includes a pre-compression rotary disk for rotating and transporting parts, and a gasket pre-compression rod disposed below the pre-compression rotary disk and movable upwards to pre-compress a gasket into the parts. It also includes a pre-compression rod device disk for assembling the gasket pre-compression rod and loading the gasket. A pre-compression limiting disk is disposed above the pre-compression rotary disk to restrain the parts from being pushed upwards. A spring is sleeved on the gasket pre-compression rod to reset it. An upper pressure protrusion is disposed below the pre-compression rotary device to push the gasket pre-compression rod upwards.

 

Furthermore, a gasket transport channel is provided on one side of the gasket pre-compression mechanism to transport the gasket to the pre-compression rod device disk.
