To prevent this issue, during production, we should first check if the spring length is standard. Even a slight deviation can have significant consequences; the spring length plays a crucial role in the piston's movement. If it's too short, the piston won't return to its proper position, resulting in the pusher failing to rebound or rebounding slowly.

 

Secondly, we should check if the piston thickness fits the pump body perfectly. Any gap during piston movement will result in insufficient suction, preventing the pusher from dispensing material. Due to the thermal expansion and contraction properties of plastic, a properly fitting piston is essential for ensuring the quality of the emulsion pump.

 

Finally, let's analyze the pump body. Given the stretchable nature of plastic, improper injection molding can result in insufficient material injection, removing a thin layer of the body and causing uneven inner walls. Gaps inevitably remain during piston stamping, preventing the pump from dispensing material after pressing.
