1. High air pressure or no dispensing from the emulsion pump.
Possible Causes:
a. The hose is too long or the bottle is too shallow, causing a blockage at the hose inlet, resulting in excessive air pressure and preventing liquid dispensing.
b. The upper or lower check valve of the emulsion pump is damaged or missing.
c. The piston wheel is damaged or missing.

 

2. Difficulty in springback after pressing the emulsion pump:
Possible Causes:
a. The material liquid has too high viscosity, causing the return resistance to exceed the spring force. It is recommended to choose a high-viscosity emulsion pump for high-viscosity liquids.
b. The lower check valve of the emulsion pump is blocked, or the design channel cross-section is too small, the suction tube is too thin, or the cylinder inner bore or piston outer ring lacks sufficient gloss.

 

3. Leakage between the emulsion pump and the bottle neck:
Possible Causes:
a. Insufficient torque applied during filling.
b. Due to the small bottle neck height, the upper surface of the bottle neck cannot contact the emulsion pump's sealing gasket after tightening the sealing teeth.

 

4. The bottle collapsed after dispensing the emulsion using the pump:
Possible causes:
a. The inner diameter of the bottle opening is too small, close to the outer diameter of the cylinder, making it prone to clogging the balance vents under the influence of the liquid material;
b. Mold wear causes the cylinder to lose balance and become clogged during molding;
c. The neck gas channel is too small, preventing sufficient gas from being added to the bottle.
