Overview
No. 84-1 sets a thick-walled MS outer shell over a PP inner working bottle-the classic double-wall construction, with the airless engine sitting under a screw neck. Four capacities run 50, 80, 100, and 120 ml, all on one Ø49 mm body, so height alone separates them.
Because the four sizes share a diameter, they sit level on the shelf and share one printing screen, one carton insert, and one closure spec-a full ladder from travel size to 120 ml without re-engineering the tooling. MS brings the depth and weight of heavy-wall packaging without the breakage risk of glass, and selected capacities take a refillable inner so the decorated shell stays in service for the next fill.
Pair them with the jar. The No. 84 airless cream jar in 30 g and 50 g is built on the same MS shell and finish, so a bottle-and-jar set runs as one artwork and one print setup. The two combinations most brands build first are 50 ml over 30 g and 100 ml over 50 g.
